JYM-24kV 630A Insulated Protective Cap is an accessory device designed to electrically insulate anc mechanically seal loadbreak bushing interfaces. When mated to a loadbreak product and the drain wire is attached to ground, the insulated Protective Cap provides a fully shielded, submersible insulating covei or eneraized bushinas. The lnsulated Protective Cap can be used for permanent or temporary installatior on 200A bushings,junctions or insulated standoff bushing.

Product Structure

 

1. Operating ring: Made of stainless steel, which facilitates the installation and operation of the product;

2. Insulation layer: The unique formula and mixing technology ensure the high quality of prefabricated EPDM insulating rubber;

3. Outer semi-conductive layer: Prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber complies with IEEE592 standard;

4. Internal thread: The internal thread is M16-2;

5. Ground eye: Ground the product through the ground eye.
