Product Details

TLB-10\35 Arrester Disconnector is a safety protection device used in conjunction with lightning arresters. It is widely used in line protection of power systems, especially in medium and low voltage distribution systems of 10kV and 35kV. They are installed near the lightning arrester and form a complete protection system with the lightning arrester to ensure that in abnormal situations such as lightning overvoltage or operating overvoltage, the lightning arrester can be quickly disconnected from the system to protect other power equipment and lines from damage.
According to the usage principle and performance, the disconnectors are divided into hot melt disconnectors and thermal explosion disconnectors. The hot-melt disconnector uses the short-circuit current flowing through the failed arrester to melt the alloy fuse (or solder) in the disconnector to achieve the purpose of disconnection. The thermal explosion type disconnector uses the short-circuit current in the failed arrester to generate an arc in the disconnector and detonate the thermal explosion component to achieve the purpose of separation.
